Making Garam Masala seasoning is really simple! Mixing these aromatic spices never fails to improve my mood! And making your own Garam Masala powder saves you money too. You probably have most of these ingredients on hand.
Just mix the seven spices and store them in a pretty jar. The recipe makes enough to season four Tikka Masala dishes. Double or triple the recipe if you plan to make Masala dishes often!
- 2 TBS Ground Cumin
- 1 TBS Ground Black Pepper
- 1 TBS Ground Cardamom
- 1 TBS Ground Coriander
- 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Ground Cloves
- 1 TSP Ground Nutmeg
- Mix all spices in a bowl.
- Funnel into an air-tight spice jar.
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
