Get the most out of fresh Ginger

Do you love using fresh ginger in recipes but have given up buying it because by the time you get around to using it, it’s gotten moldy?  That happened to me too many times!  I finally gave up on fresh ginger because it was just too much trouble to keep on hand.  But, there is an easy solution…

There are only 2 steps to having fresh ginger on hand for recipes.

1.  Peel ginger.

2. Place peeled ginger into a bag and toss into the freezer.

That’s it!  The bonus is that frozen ginger grates even better than fresh.

So now you can enjoy the taste of fresh ginger whenever you desire!
